Order Processing and Shipping

All orders are handmade to order and require 3-4 business days for processing. Once shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and generally take 3-4 business days. Shipping insurance and care options are available at checkout.

Exchanges

All sales are final — no refunds. Exchanges are available for products that have not been removed from the seal, tangled, or damaged. Items must be in their original, unopened condition to qualify.
